I would like to make this suggestion: I had Assistance through the airport and Security. This was such a great help. While waiting for my flight to be called, (and it was delayed) I would have really liked to have a coffee.... or water. But there was nothing in that room/area. Perhaps a water fountain? I kept watching the time, and the departure time of my flight was approaching. And there was no sign of being moved on..... there was no info on the electronic board other than go to gate 19. (12.45 BA to BDH.) In fact the flight had been delayed. There was an elderly foreign gentleman who was concerned about being forgotten. This is not a complaint in any way, but you are asking if there are areas which could be improved. So, those are two!! I want you to know how appreciative I am of the smiling faces of your staff, and the great help they are. Thank you.
