I’ve never felt so bamboozled in my life. The website had all these things for kids to do, theatre, play place, trampoline park, etc, then we get there and nothing is at the hotel. You have to walk ten minutes to get to the kids stuff, but then it’s all shut down during the offseason. We were there end of March and nothing was open outside. No outdoor pool, no swim up bar, nothing. Really not family friendly in the offseason that’s for sure. The indoor pool was really cold too. And there’s not hot tub. The room was super outdated too. Not what the pictures depicted on the website. Our “king bed” was two twins pushed together. Not king sheets either. It was really unfortunate as I wouldn’t have booked there if I knew how little it had to offer.
