Despite not speaking Spanish, the staff spoke enough English to easily communicate with me. The rooms look brand new and are quite large with a nice seating area. One of our group had a one bedroom two bath suite that was huge! The decor is modern.

We were very happy to have stayed at this hotel and we hope to stay there in future trips. The location is excellent due to several reasons, some of which are being at the back of a mall and very short walking distance to a nice area called Usaquen. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful; the breakfast buffet is good (it would be much nicer without all the Covid restrictions but that’s not their fault, just make sure you ask what food they have or can make in the kitchen and don’t think what you see displayed is all they have); and the whole place is very clean. A few minor things that can be improved are: some areas of the carpet in our room really looked like it needs to be replaced, and the tub drained too slowly. I know I could have called for maintenance regarding the tub draining, but I didn’t want to bother. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. We send our regards to all the wonderful staff we interacted with during our stay; you guys are the best asset this hotel has!

This hotel was close to US Embassy. Good location. I had a junior suit. Very spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the food at their restaurant but there were a lot of good restaurant nearby.

I have stayed at this Hotel numerous times. I never have anything bad to say about it. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the food at the restaurant is good, the amenities is just what you need. Most importantly for a traveler, the airport shuttle is free of charge 24 hours a day.
