"Room was too warm but otherwise fab stay"

"No air conditioning in the rooms or at all at the hotel. The fan that they put in the rooms wasn’t powerful enough to circulate the air around the room, window only opened a fraction of it which meant even at night the room was humid and hot. They had extra water but there was no offer of discount or compromise. The fact that there was no pre-warning that there was no air-conditioning and it’s not like we had a choice to go to another hotel in such short notice as such information was only provided when we were checking in. Very disappointing but breakfast in the morning was good."

"Attention! There was NO hot water during the whole of our stay! When I notified the hotel via a WhatsApp text, they told me that the boiler had broken down and they were going to fix it. When I spoke to the person at Reception, he said that a technician was going to come in the morning, but there was still no hot water. When I asked for compensation, I was told that they would get back to me, but they never did! Instead I kept on getting emails to rate my stay and/or to contact Costumer Service. When I tried the provided link, it had preset options and no option to write your own complaint. Completely user-unfriendly. Maybe it is deliberately programmed this way to avoid getting complaints."

"Dust everywhere, bathtub was disgusting and as we put bubbles on the smell was horrific,breakfast was cold and bay marine’s were empty and when I asked a member of staff they were so rude, the only staff member that was helpful was the gentleman on reception at the time , will never stay again"
