"I asked the hotel to prepare me a pick up service to the airport, but the driver didn’t show up for some reasons. However, the hotel gave a a complimentary breakfast instead, which I appreciated because i didn’t know where to go in my first day in Hanoi. "I stayed here for several days. Good enough quality and price serviced apartment. Room is spacious rather than other similar grade hotels relatively. It's better to tell the apartment about the check-in/out time in advance of the arrival or leave. Receptionist may not be available 24/7 promptly. Convenience store is not available as neighbor building though, you can access to Vinmart+ via a few minutes walk. Staffs are nice, some receptionists can speak English or Japanese. "The street food available nearby was excellent. More like the comfort food a mother can cook than the generic food you can find in a mall. The appartment had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Despite the hot climate, there were 2 A/C units. The maintenance service came by every other day and helped feel more comfortable. There might be other more luxurious appartments towards the center of Hanoi, but the price and proximity to VNU Hanoi (15 min. walk) were unbeatable at Minori."
