Breakfast at the Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The chef GIULIA has been incredibly accommodating who tailored to our dietary requirements, providing exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. I travel for business for more than 100 days per year, so I see hotels all the time, but this is the very first time I felt like I was home. Super, super recommended. Breakfast buffet also has everything you want for a healthy start up. Above all are the attentive staff that are always ready to extend a hand before you ask for it special mention of the following: Tan, Rose and Key also Le Anh Dzung who assisted us to our rented limousine going to Sapa, he even offered us to give him a call whenever we need a service again from Sapa to Hanoi. We were upgraded to a two bedroom suite which we understood we would have until we checked out. They had given our rooms to somebody else. Last night, when we arrived back at the hotel, we were informed we would have to move rooms today.
