Fantastic Hotel in the centre of Stratford. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed in room 706 which was a Premium King room which was huge and had all the amenities you could ask for. Snacks & drinks (including beer and cider) in the room all included in the price. Will definitely return. Great value for money.

Personable, helpful staff, beautiful building.

Was lovely hotel is very clean staff very helpful and friendly, rooms are standard double bed tv bathroom a little small but was only 2 of us and we only slept in there, the pool, hot tub etc was lovely too. Beds are a little uncomfortable gave me and my partner a bad back. Apart from that everything was great!

my son held his wedding here on the 25th April 2019 staff and facilities were fantastic the staff were so friendly and helpful and helped make our day fantastic would definitely recommend to anyone

Beautiful hotel in a tranquil location The bedroom room was very clean and spacious with added extras … The pool and spa was also very clean and relaxing Breakfast had different variety’s cold and hot buffet The staff could do enough for us and all smiles no matter how busy they where A big Thankyou for Matthew for going out of your way and looking after us We will definitely be back :)

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. They got in touch with me in advance to check if I had any requests for high or low floor, duvet or pillow preferences, I asked for soft pillows if possible and they provided ones that were perfect, and the ideal number of them. Clean, modern, easy check in process

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too. I usually come here to get a break and relax. The rooms are spacious and relaxing. I would say the parking for VIP needs alot of work and has gone up from £15.00 to £20.00. I have a disability and have to use it due to mobility issues. Stunning Hotel Spa, room was superb, every staff member was happy and had time for you. The Spa was a dwlight to yse with a decent hot sauna & Steam room, jacuzzi jets were wonderfully powerful & a lovely pool to swim in. The bar food was great & the resturant food the next day was very tasty. Was an absolutely pleasure to stay there, coulfnt failt it.
