"See below list of issues: Damaged & dirty furniture in the bedroom. Mattress needed replacing. Bathroom - dated shower, toilet not flushing, extractor dirty and damaged. Emergency signage, non existent. The hotel reception over charged us with no apology, they took our credit card away from reception and ~I demand they haver to return with it. "

"No idea if this flat was nice or not as I couldn't gain access. The contact details supplied by Hotels.com were incorrect and I couldn't check in on arrival. Hotels.com refused to help me find a usable contact or alternative accommodation leaving me in Bradford with no where to stay after an appalling day stuck in traffic. I won't be using Hotels.com for anything ever again and would highly recommend anyone thinking of using their service going elsewhere!"
