"I booked the Novotel months ago, this was changed to the Mercure but not by me weeks ago. I received the customary welcome email 24 hours before from the Mercure. I arrived at my hotel and wasn’t able to gain entry - eventually someone arrived to say I’d be transferred to The Novotel. "Another lovely stay at The Queens Hotel, whether you drive or travel by train it is easy to get to. Parking at the train station carpark is reasonably priced and a short walk away there is a 20% discout if you show your key catd wallet."
