Such a beautifully appointed accomodation, the views were exceptional. Communication was excellent and we were able to check in 1 hour early. Our 3 nights stay here was incredible. The owner is open and friendly, warm and welcoming. The room is immaculate, with attention to detail and a complimentary bottle of Vinho Verde. The pool is well situated, clean and warm in the evening. The breakfast is a fantastic spread of traditional and contemporary foods (their daily cake is to die for!). We look forward to staying with you again in the near future!

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff. Food was great in both the main restaurant and Schisto (tasting menu). Wine tasting at their vineyard was informative snd fun.

Beautiful, new stylish and clean room

We loved our stay at Quinta da Moita. The property looks pristine, the owner and staff are super nice and helpful. You see José’s dedication to keeping the place clean and tidy and you can see him walking around feeding the animals and treating the vines. They have a nice bar with a few options including their own award-winning wine, which we very much enjoyed. Personally it was also nice to stay in a black owned business that looks and feels amazing! Can't recommend enough!

A truly delightful experience that far exceeded my expectations, from the service and the people to the quality of the hotel. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and definitely somewhere I will come back to for a longer stay.

Fantastic location with room and terrace overlooking the Douro. Very pleasant quiet room with comfortable beds. All very clean and run efficiently. Very good wine tour included. Breakfast was adequate but not quite the standard we would have expected from a hotel of this calibre.

Amazing place

A small bolt hole, 4 rooms as part of a working winery hidden well off the beaten track. Great staff & simple meals with local wine make it a relaxing place to stay. You can tour the vineyard and winery or simply relax by the pool but it’s definitely a place to recharge your batteries. The bed was comfortable, linen and towels good. This was a value for money choice. It was very nice, spacious, clean and provided everything one could want except for people who one could put questions to. However I did not need this as everything was clear in the instructions. By saving on staffing one can keep attractive prices. Breakfast was at a nearby bakery, supposedly the best in town. This bakery provided nice breakfasts and staff were nice and helpful and accepted the voucher from the hotel without questions.

Wonderfully maintained and family owned eco property with a large pool and vineyard. The Vino Verde was crisp and refreshing. It was a lovely stay and would recommend it for a relaxing stop after sightseeing in Braga or any of the surrounding towns.

We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners. Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony.
