Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

Beautiful & luxury hotel, in the most amazing location to experience the desert. A 3h drive away from Dubai but worth the trip. A true cultural experience.

This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

An excellent holiday in this outstanding hotel located in the best location in Abu Dhabi. There is a great choice of restaurants, and the best staff you will find anywhere. One of the many reasons we keep returning.

The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Great location, central to the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall & the Palm. Very near the metro, easy to get cabs/ Uber. 20 mins from the airport. Great pool area on the roof with good views over the city & to the coast/ Burj Al Rab. Reasonable prices, good breakfast served until a very civilised 12 o’clock. Recommended.

Love there is no nightclub in the hotel so always have a good night sleep

With just a 45 minute drive from Dubai we only went for a day and a night but the experience was fabulous! It's a beautifully quiet resort with a feeling of peace and tranquility. The staff could not do enough for us. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace was truly magical with the added bonus of the full moon rise in the opposite direction. I could go on but you should definitely make this one of your bucket list things to do. I would recommend at least 3 days as there is plenty on offer...

Fantastic location - excellent breakfast and really good attentive service. Rooms were big and well equipped and swimming pool was lovely - bar staff and lifeguards really good too.
