The hotel itself is brilliant. Well equipped with some of the friendliest staff around. The only issue is the surrounding area is a building site. The noise is rarely an issue unless you open your balcony door but it also means there is nothing to do around the property nor are there any nearby places to eat/visit This is offset by the good transport links and the excellent free valet parking.

Lovely value. Amazing location close to the metro literally by metro and lovely restaurants and stores close by. Will definitely stay again. Free breakfast and staff were amazing. View from the room to die for.

The generous space of a serviced apartment combined with all the benefits and service of a hotel. You're compromising on the location but it means you get a lot more for your money. If this property were in the middle of downtown it would be a completely different price bracket. Sadly the traffic is getting worse in Dubai and it seems that rush hour starts at 5pm and lasts all night. Worth being aware of when staying in a hotel from when you need to get taxis everywhere. It's worth it though.

The staff very helpful and friendly also the hotel is very clean and every thing is available in the room washing machine, iron, microwave, top glass Coker, big bathroom with free toiletry . Location is excellent 10 minutes walking from the tram and city centre mall , shops and restaurants close to the hotel .

This is my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially the front desk and housekeeping teams, who provide excellent service. The hotel's location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates, making it very convenient. I will definitely continue to stay here whenever I need an apartment in Al Barsha, Dubai. Highly recommended!

Loved staying here and the facilities are great. Free underground parking is a plus, as it is difficult to find free parking around the hotel!

Excellent hotel in every aspect and all staff were fantastic

Just returned from a recent stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous right by Dubai Marina. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after by Lalit, Rafiq Jay and Harry. The apartment was a deluxe one bedroom apartment overlooking the marina from the 29th floor. The location was vibrant. The hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool and so clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We will be definitely staying here again. The location is good as your central to everywhere. There is also a bus to the beach which only took 10 minutes and the beach was beautiful and clean.
