"Great hotel, excellent staff and service. The team that took care of Fairmount Gold Club guests was outstanding. The housekeeping was a bit of hit and miss. On the fifth floor, the rooms were not being cleaned well. On the 7th floor, they were immaculate. The windows of the hotel were quite dirty from outside. The hotel should clean them more often. The breakfast was excellent. I wish the hotel had another pool inside for extremely hot periods."

Pristine exterior and interior, very comfortable beds, room was spacious, clean and organized, and above all, fantastic service from every member of the hotel staff-even a slight hiccup regarding a takeout delivery order being turned away at the front desk (prior to our arrival) was graciously acknowledged and compensated for.
