The hotel is not a five star hotel. I checked into the hotel at 3pm and had to request for a refund 2 hours later and checked out. The rooms were very badly dated and the facilities seriously needed an upgrade. I paid £500 for 5 nights for this room and for the same money I stayed at the Conrad Abu Dhabi which is 5 mins away and had an amazing service. The hotel is currently being used for long term rentals so you get lots of weird people hanging around

All the staff go out of there way to make a truly memorable holiday, there is so much choice for breakfast that always looks fresh and well maintained. Also the pool area is one of the best in that area, the room cleaning team are super polite and keep your room stocked with bottled water every day.
