Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our drink order at bar asked waitress and said that they will get around to it..We left..... similar attitudes throughout resort. Front desk staff was miserable, didn't acknowledge you when approached and they rolled their eyes and looked at you as though you were an inconvenience.
