Very nicely surprised by this little gem. Simple but effective and very juice beach, grounds and cafe/restaurant/bar. Our room was next to the road instead of the beach which was disappointing but wasn't the be all and end all, we had a lovely stay. The food at the restaurant is fantastic and Alex was great at the bar.

We loved this hotel - it's a lovely place with a great atmosphere and fun decor. The owners/staff were very friendly and very helpful with suggestions of where to go/what to do etc. The hotel has a friendly family vibe. Our room was very clean, and had everything we needed. Our room was actually a kitchenette which we didn't use as we only stayed the one night, but it's useful to know that there is that option available if we decide to stay for longer next time. We had an amazing stay. Great value for money, stylish chic and cute hotel in town. Kind staff and great service, amazing views, and the negative reviews about the steps are ridiculous! Nothing crazy. Two cons to consider: it is in downtown but downtown isn’t very popping, maybe worth staying in a different area. Breakfast was very very minimal - needs improvement.

As a black female solo traveller, I felt safe when I stayed at this hotel. At the same time, it is a bit old. My bedroom was very clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. I would recommend it for a night or two, but no longer. The staff running the business were very kind and helpful. It is a family-run hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. I would recommend it as a quick stop.
