"The staff and food were the best elements of the trip. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and good to see Tunisian options available. Some parts of the hotel in need of refurbishment and are looking very tired. Our bungalow room has loose curtain rails, loose soap dispensers, little holes in the curtains and the minibar fridge was rusty - not what you expect from 5\* accommodation."
