Helpful, friendly over and above expectations. Villa is surrounded by small but lovely,flowery garden. We found the beds hard but that's always very subjective. The spacious kitchen has everything you need. The TV is powered by the WiFi. Only downside is that it's a half hour drive to centre of Sousse and its museums etc.. But all shops and beach are only a 5 minute drive away from villa. You do need a car but it can be parked next to the villa which has locking gates. All very quiet. Hotel had no notice of our booking…. This could have been a disaster but thanks to the amazing lady on reception, it wasn’t. With her limited English and our limited French, we explained the situation, she found us a room, arranged for a chef to come in and cook us dinner, found us towels, toiletries etc and generally looked after us really well. We had a fantastic stay and it was very comfortable and relaxing. Strongly recommend. I just wish I had got the receptionist’s name so I could thank her personally here.
