We had an overnight stay before travelling back to the UK. We needed to take our hire car back and the shuttle bus came and collected us and brought us back to the hotel as well as take us to the airport the following day. Very helpful staff, comfortable, clean room, and nice breakfast. Even allowed us to have a late checkout free of charge. Very impressed

Booked this hotel to attend a nearby event and could not wish to stay at a nicer hotel, all the staff was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help with any and all problems and queries. I’ll definitely be looking to book this hotel again and can’t not recommend it highly enough

Great hotel, large rooms with lounge and kitchen areas. Very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast included as well as a buffet evening meal with 3 free drinks! Staff all friendly and helpful.

The property was clean and everything was efficient. Would recommend this as a great airport location as it is beside a large mall with cinema, and has a shuttle both to the airport, and a local shuttle to Grapevine.

Very happy with this hotel. Very comfortable beds and in a good area. East to access and will definitely stay again.

Our kids had a great time here, lots to keep them entertained. The pool is clean but busy. Rooms are ok, not keen on the memory foam beds and furniture needing a little TLC. My biggest bug bear however is the awful door entry system - it was super-annoying having to enter a code every time we went back to the room (I’d inevitably forget it every time so had to carry a bit of paper with me). A tap card would be so much better! Also, it was very loud come bedtime, so I wouldn’t stay here with...

Fabulous location, friendly staff, huge room. Did decline housekeeping for one day, but didn’t get it for either, not a huge issue but communication maybe? Breakfast had a good choice (apart from this morning when by 945am everything had been cleared apart from cold hardboiled eggs and cheese) Evening ‘canopies’ is a full on meal - over our 3 evenings there were nachos, fajitas, hot dogs, pasta, jacket potatoes and includes 3 alcoholic drinks if you want them.
