It was conveniently located to the Alamodome, which is where we were going for the event. There was an H-E-B across the street, which is super convenient if you want snack snacks, or drinks. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and it was clean. Easy place to stay.

Overall our hotel stay was okay. We were not aware it was in the process of a remodel. Some sections were blocked off and the pool was not available which was a disappoint since we planned on using it. The completed upgrades were good. Updated rooms, lobby and breakfast area were a work in progress but improvements are being made. Our room was nice in appearance and served its purpose. The water pressure in the shower was minimal but it may have been due to the hotel being at capacity. There isn't much of a noise barrier between floors so I recommend choosing a top floor room or you will hear every heavy footed guest above you. The free breakfast was pretty good and very convenient. The staff was helpful and courteous. Parking is a fee and minimal but they do allow you to park in the covered parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel is Downtown so you are in close proximity to the Riverwalk and Market Square.

Is a great place to stay if you are not planning to walk to the Market Place or the River walk. The distance walking to either one is about 20 minutes and streets are close to feel comfortable and safe during the night. That was the main reason we stay at the property because of been 7 minutes walk and is not. Also breakfast not much options, very simple. Staff are very nice and very helpful and room is clean and quiet. But the distance to River walk was disappointing and we had to pay extra money to park closer.
