The staff was great and the breakfast as well. The only issue was the sheets weren’t clean enough. I found a lipstick stain on the sheets. Please clean the sheets very well for the next visitor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, toast and cereal options. Bed was comfortable. Only 15 minutes to the airport. Easy access to the interstate.

Upon entering the room, the floors looked to be clean. I kept my house shoes on anyways to be safe and the bed itself was hard and uncomfortable, then we noticed a dead bug on the wall near the ceiling, near one of the beds was a huge dent in the wall, the lamp shade and just the whole lamp in general was literally disgusting. Also entering the bathroom besides it being super small and no handle bar in the shower, there was hair up near the tiles of the shower, also the wall behind the door was gross. It looked to be whoever stayed there before wiped stuff on it, so it never got cleaned. The coffee maker had old coffee grounds in it, but the coffee maker didn’t work anyways. Also found 3 spiders.. they ran under the tub so there is a crack under there… you can tell what parts of the room are updated and what isn’t. Also if you need accessibility make sure you get it because there’s roughly like 3 spots that’s only handicap and the parking lot doesn’t have a lot of ramp options besides those three spots. Also the pool was open which was a plus, will say wish they had towels outside in the towel holding slots but it was empty. moral of this, they could do better at cleaning. It was a decent price hotel so i try not to complain but id want a clean room and clean bathroom no matter what the price is. I only took a photo of the wall, i forgot the lamp

I’ve been to San Antonio four times this summer and have stayed at a different hotel each time, trying to find my go-to hotel since I’ll be visiting often with my daughter at UTSA. I booked this one last minute after deciding to visit her following her first week of school. Since it was a last-minute trip, hotels closer to the area were a little more expensive, so I chose this one without having very high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets felt fresh and good quality. I actually stayed at the Spark by Hilton the weekend before and said in my review that I wouldn’t return. I would absolutely choose this Quality Inn over that newer Spark hotel—and I think that says a lot! I only gave it 4 stars because the AC was completely off when we arrived, so the room was pretty hot. Thankfully, it cooled down fairly quickly once we turned it on. I’d suggest keeping the AC on at a higher temperature, maybe around 78°, so guests aren’t walking into a completely hot room. The TV remote also didn’t work. Those were small inconveniences compared to the overall experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t try the breakfast this time only because we had already planned to pick up Mary’s Tacos and have breakfast with our girl at her apartment. ❤️ Overall, a great value and a pleasant surprise! This one may have earned a spot on my list of go-to hotels in San Antonio.

The staff member had no idea how to check us into the room and argued with me about the booking I had already made for several minutes before finally starting the check in process, which took over 15 minutes. He insisted that it was impossible to have 4 adults in one room despite the booking being for 2 queen beds and 4 adults. We had to check in through a window and he wouldn’t even open the window all the way. I had to completely bend over and basically stick my head in to even hear what he was saying. He made no effort to make the experience more comfortable or accessible. After check in was finally complete, he directed us to the wrong side of the building for our room which led to a confusing few minutes trying to find where we were actually staying. The room was fine and the staff at breakfast were kind. The check in experience was extremely frustrating after a long day of travel and I would not stay there again simply due to the disrespect of that employee.

This property is fantastic! The staff members were all friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and included items such as cereal, milk, juice, waffles, bread, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. I will be returning on future trips.
