Clean modern room, Fantastic staff, Amazing view

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff were very welcoming and friendly.Allthe staff had lots of advice to give us abd heped us anyway they could .We would highly recommend it to anyone

Clean and modern. Lovely staff. We had a power cut during our stay which meant no breakfast first morning. We were only there two nights. Breakfast the next day was so good, we were even more disappointed that we’d missed it the day before. The only negatives I would say is that no reparations were made for missing breakfast and the air conditioning was not very cold. Apart from that, it was great.

Lovely hotel so close and convenient for the airport. Has everything you need and friendly & accommodating staff. Highly recommend

EQ Kuala Lumpur was a fantastic hotel for our stay in the city. The place was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's location is really good for the center of town and easy to access tourist spots. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and had loads of options. We also had lovely room service and enjoyed drinks at the amazing Sky51 bar, which guests can access too. Thank you!

The hotel was great. Breakfast had excellent choices for everyone, we stayed 4 nights and had different items every day. Location suited us very well, next to main Chinatown area, plenty of restaurants, though mostly chinese of course! Walked to some sights, and Grab very reasonable to get around further. We'd recommend, and definitely stay again.

I would call this Hyatt a true 5 star hotel. Magnifecent facilities and a breakfast which truely does not leave any wishes unfullfilled. The staff is realy comitted and one can feel that they love what they are doing. Only 2 things to improve dear Hyatt : Dont let guests wait till 3 pm to check in only because your rules say u can. Secondly dont insist on a ridiculously high deposit from guests who paid already advance.

Good location. Executive club staff & facilities recommended. Pool area excellent. Only downside is that contractors have left floors and windows in a poor state. Nasty dirty streaks on most windows and adhesive stains on tile floors makes floors look as if they are ready for a refurb. not just 6 months old. Such a shame as this is not the fault of Four Seasons.

Perfect hotel next to KL Sentral. Clean modern rooms, nice breakfast with a huge choice and very helpful and friendly staff an excellent experience.

Great location, close to the MRT and LRT lines and the Petronas Towers. Located in a shopping mall this allows easy access to shopping under one roof. Fantastic for a weekend break in this amazing city.

Apartments were amazing, all you could need. Roof Top pool was amazing, breakfast was basic. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely clean villa with attention to detail. All staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was enjoyable every morning. The General feel of the villa was relaxing and calm. Would highly recommend the experience.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the St Regis, everything was perfect. The hotel itself is astonishing, a well deserved 5 star. The rooms are very spacious, very comfy beds, clean, well serviced and a beautiful bathroom. There was a Japanese toilet which was novel ! Each morning the breakfast was wonderful. A very wide selection of types of food from the buffet, a small a la cart selection and an egg station. If you get there late there may be a short queue but that wasn't a problem. We ate...

Amazing staff, friendly and warm. Room was large and felt luxurious. The bug bath a real treat. Breakfast was quite poor, but dinner the night before was spectacular. The jazz singer and trumpeteer were exceptional and oozed decadence, and sohistication. As a younger guy, it was easy to appreciate what the hotel is trying to achieve. It really succeeded in making you feel special and welcome. Exceptional place.
