Check-in was easy with Five Senses because they has its own reception counter. Previously, I booked with other accommodations and had to do self check-in, so this was much more convenient. The staff were friendly and gave clear instructions. The room looked exactly like the pictures and clean.The building also has facilities like a swimming pool and gym. Got restaurant and mini market here. Near to city and public transport.
