"No elevator but they did offer to carry our luggage up the stairs. Parking under a 200 year old building was tight but certainly acceptable. Limited cold breakfast choices but delivered to our room on time everyday. We enjoyed the historical building character and the updates were bohemian in design. Close to all the charm of the area and walking distance to everything. We got our steps in. We would definitely recommend this place."

"Absolutely loved my stay here! Perfect location to do the Cliff walk and enjoy the mansions of Newport. Staff were so lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the wine & canapés each day at 5-6pm was a lovely touch. I enjoyed them in front of the fire. The room was excellent! I stayed in the Lark suite; huge tub, gorgeous marble bathroom, a lovely gas fireplace that kept the room warm and cozy. Very clean. And homemade chocolate chip cookies available each evening by the tea/coffee station....
