"My wife and I stayed at this hotel on our journey back home in Cheshire from the Highlands. After staying in a campervan it was wonderfully luxurious. We arrived on Sunday at 1330 and were permitted essentially free entry to the Spa until we could check in at 1500, which we were very appreciative of and something the hotel could have rightly charged us for. "Car park a small distance away from hotel entrance. On arrival there was a confusion of room as we request 2 single beds. Our room was on the 6th floor, on the way to the room the floors were very slippy due to water leaking from some where. Room was ok, clean and well presented. Good view. Breakfast was ok had to wait 30 mins for eggs to come. Wifi was good, no room service or phone in room to contact reception."
