The hotel was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Very helpful and friendly.

Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. Extremely comfortable room with all you need, especially, a large bed, comfortable chairs and terrific shower - great for relaxing...

Lovely, charming old world hotel. Spacious lounge / breakfast room with peacocks looking in through glass doors from the beautiful outdoor courtyard most mornings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic staff in a gorgeous historical building. So friendly. Lovely pool area , very relaxing. Close to the chapel of bones and other must see buildings in Evora.

The hotel is located in walking-distance from city centre...although uphill on your way out. Really a nicely refurbished old fish market. Modern design with a top-floor bar...couldn´t be used during our stay in april. Friendly crew in the reception. The breakkfast is more than sufficient to cope with the endless climbing if you prefer to take a walk to explore the city.

Location was excellent within the city walls in an historic building. Right in the heart of the old town. Lovely courtyard to sit in in the evening or have breakfast. It had everything we needed. You have to park outside the city walls and wheel in your luggage but it's an ancient walled town and pedestrian so that's its charm.

We stayed overnight arriving late the receptionist could not have been more helpful. Food was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful our table was outside on the veranda... Perfect !

The apartment itself is lovely and in a great location. The communication could be a bit better - we received instructions just before arriving on how to locate the key saying it was in a safe 'a few metres from the building', it's more than that and we were pretty confused for a while. But once inside, it is genuinely a lovely property. The noise from upstairs is very noticable and they just seemed to be quitely living - you can hear every step they take. We were lucky as it only really...
