Wonderful hotel with staff that went above and beyond to make myself my wife and our son welcome. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was superb. The pool was clean and the whole hotel was a delight to stay at!

I celebrated my birthday at the St. Regis, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Everything from the moment I arrived to the time I checked out was absolute perfection. The staff’s professionalism, care, and attention to detail were exceptional. The hotel itself is breathtaking, and the rooms are incredibly spacious and luxurious. A great stay at an amazing location. Staff were very attentive without being overbearing, especially Husan who looked after us on the private beach. Snorkelling with Turtles was a real treat. Breakfast was wonderful and once again staff were very good. We have been recommending this hotel to all our friends and colleagues. Thank you

Great hotel - got some minor issues in the room but the staff came around and fix it very quickly.

Spacious & clean rooms, good location and helpful staff.

Breakfast was a wide choice and they made special gluten free pancakes for me. But if coeliac please check. Local Honeycombs and other produce. Staff were really helpful when I went to the beach on always accompanied me to check all was ok. Is it the prettiest no! But everything is well thought out and works. The staff are what makes this hotel.

Excellent property - world class hotel but a bit out the way of the main tourist spots - had to get taxi everywhere

Very much off the beaten track luxury, beautifully delivered. A fabulous, unique location and lovely design and execution of the built environment which blends seamlessly with the desert around it. Still some issues with the food and beverage side of things - service and quality is not up to 5-Star standard yet, but the potential is huge.

The hotel was a great experience we had as a family by having two deluxe rooms...it could have been better if the rooms can be connected. The main highlight was how you found an Omani nationals working in every part of the services in that corner of the world were foreigners do most of the work. We enjoyed our time there...tiny minor things didn't effect our stay..

Amazing hotel, in very quiet area and not too far from the Wave.

This hoyel was excellent. Free shuttle bus to town, private beach and great amenaties.

After 12 nights here and as a 40+ yr old Solo western female I can honestly say that this hotel and irs super staff could not hace done anything more to make me feel comfortable and extremely welcome. W Hotels offers in house events and a music / design aesthetic which was so pleasing making staff feel great to be working there. I had some brilliant conversations with staff of all ranking and ages who really gave super service throughout. The pool / gardens area is very beautiful, safe for kids...
