On our first day we complain about the shower not working correctly and or fridge was not stocked. Maintenance came out and did say shower was not working. They moved us room 455 to 855 with a horrible view. The following day the call us to the front desk and insisted we pay for a broken television and a crack phone. Wow! Mind you we didn't get into our room till 8pm. They told me and my wife we were to pay $500 US dollars or the police would be called to make a report and escort us off the property. We had 9 other family members staying there and didn't want to ruin our family vacation so im out $500\. On top of that 4 of our group got food poisoning from what we narrowed down to the Japanese restaurant. I will not be staying on this property again and will not recommend it to anyone. One of the biggest highlights is the prime location—you can easily walk to major stores, restaurants, and even a flea market, which made exploring very convenient. The resort offers several on-site restaurants, and we recommend making your reservations as soon as you arrive to secure your preferred dining times. The beach was beautiful, and the water was very swimmable—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and approachable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this resort and would definitely consider coming back!"
