"The lodge was superb, very helpful and friendly staff all round. They were very flexible with meals for our children (5 & 8 years). All staff I spoke to were really knowledgeable about the local plants and animals but special shout out to Yuri who led our multiple excursions. Only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a small selection of snacks available to purchase, chips, nuts, chocolate etc for between meals but otherwise the meals themselves were delicious.
My complaint is with Expedia who severely messed up with their bait and switch advertising tactics, stating that this was an all inclusive listing and then later denying it and forcing us to pay the difference with the lodge. Expedias customer service experience was very poor and it is evident from their behaviour they couldn't care less about their customers. MY ADVICE, BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE LODGE AND DONT LET EXPEDIA STEAL A COMISSION FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING."
