"Eine lauschige Sitzgruppe in gepflegtem Grün - so zeigt es das Aufmacherfoto. Die Realität: Ein trostlose Zimmer, zwei Betten, ein Stuhl, nur kaltes Wasser und Licht im Bad funktioniert nicht. Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption war im 19.30 nicht besetzt, sodass wir durchs Fenster einsteigen musste. Die inzwischen schrottreife Sitzgruppe war von den Hühnern im Garten als Toilette genutzt, der Hahn weckte pünktlich um 4.00 Uhr. "Hotel mas que hostel, a 10 minutos andando a la Plaza de Pto Maldonado y a 3 minutos del mercado central. Interiores bien, aunque algo oscuros. Habitacion muy tranquila, limpia, con armarios y mesas suficientes. Lo mejor el personal, pues los dueños son como de tu familia por el trato amable, las facilidades y el desayuno excepcional con zumo natural, huevos y mucho mas. Muy comodo y barato, repetiria por el trato humano y el precio."

"Avoid!!! i turned up to check in and there wasn't anyone there, when i phoned the number given they said they weren't returning to the guesthouse to check me in. I had to find another hotel. It is also not the same building as is advertised in the picture!!"

"Hotel was nice! Close to the river, convenient place. The service was great. However, the room was not good. Although we asked for non- smoking the room smelled like cigarettes. Also, it seemed the room was recently u der constructions and there were some things out of place. Tv was not working at first and it was replaced."
