"Bien que l'hôtel dispose d'un excellent potentiel, j'ai été surpris et déçu par les points suivants : - les murs de la chambre de montaient pas jusqu'au plafond. Par conséquent, j'ai été gêné par la lumière et les conversations tardives des occupants des chambres d'à-côté. Par ailleurs, difficile de préserver son intimité dans une telle configuration. Tout est audible. - pas de fenêtre mais une moustiquaire séparant la chambre du patio devant les chambres simplement recouverte par un rideau...

"Limited dining to only whatever dish they are serving and the times they serve. No options. No hot water in the cabins for shower. They tried to put us in a group to do all the same excursions as a group. We opted out of the excursions, which all cost extra. Wanted to relax by the pool but cool weather settled in for a few days. "

"Our stay in the Amazon was truly unforgettable, thanks to the amazing staff who made every moment feel welcoming and special. Our tour guide Fernando was incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated to ensuring we had a great time exploring the rainforest. Samuel brought a warm and friendly energy to our tours, making the adventures even more enjoyable. In the dining room, Ronny’s constant smile and attentiveness added a delightful touch to every meal. Manager Justin was always ready to help with anything we needed, and Ronaldo was fantastic during our zipline experience—professional and supportive. The staff truly makes this place shine and creates an atmosphere that feels both adventurous and comforting. A few areas for improvement: The rooms unfortunately lacked functional charging options. While there were two USB ports, they didn’t work—not just in our room but in others as well. We had to rely on the dining room or lobby to charge our devices, which was inconvenient. There was also no hot water in the rooms at all, which can be tough after long, active days in the rainforest.
