"You have to travel by boat to the lodge which is fun itself. The bungalow was exceptionally clean and the whole lodge area well kept. They are offering several activities in the lodge. We did really liked the lake tour which felt like going back to the Tertiary. The staff in hotel is very helpful with everything. Just be prepared for lots of mosquitoes in the whole porto Maldonado… I have came with my mosquito repellent but I have seen such things are available to buy in the lodge in case"

"The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. "

"Wow, the experience at Chomi House was amazing! We were the only guests on the property, and the individualized attention was incredible. The host made great breakfasts and dinners, arranged any private tour we wanted, showed us sloths and monkeys and cacao trees on or around the property. And our private pool was lovely! It’s hard to get in here but you should try! "

"L'hôtel est sympas, la piscine superbe. Il manquerait un plus sur les services, une carafe d'eau potable ou des bouteilles, un lit plus grand dans les chambres (lit de 140cm), et plus de personnel pour le petit dej, très très long. La nourriture n'est pas géniale. Il faut y aller pour la piscine et la gérante qui est très gentille. Mais après un trip dans la jungle s'est très reposant. "

"We arrived to La Habana Amazon Reserve (hotel) in Puerto Maldonado, Peru, only to be told that they no longer work with Hotels.com Our reservation was ignored and we had to go look for another hotel in a place that is completely new today us. Hotels.con has not refunded my credit card yet. Based on this experience, I don’t expect to use or recommend Hotels.com ever again unless you can promptly remedy this very concerning experience with your service. "

Piscina al aire libre estaba limpia. La habitación estaba contaba con a/c y frigobar aunque la cama podría ser más cómoda. "

"We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but our stay was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. All of the staff was amazing; restaurant staff, particularly Leslie and Renzo, were very friendly and attentive, our guide Yuri was very knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. The excursions included with your stay are well organized and very worthwhile. We would definitely recommend IKAM and hope to return. "
