The view from room 602 (Mini-Suite) was jaw dropping and enhanced by the cloudless blue sky, mill pond view of the lake and a backdrop of the mountains with snow caps. It all began with my arrival at Linate airport to be faced with a taxi strike......a phone call to the charming Concierge resulted in a car arriving within 30 minutes to take me direct to the Hotel, where I was graciously received and personally taken to my very well appointed Suite. No washing machine in apartment and there is only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer for the entire building. However the staff were really nice and helpful

We were in modern extension. My husband was aware of the trams passing including at night. I was not. Perhaps not good for a light sleeper. Spa lovely. 5 year old was wonderfully welcomed by all staff.

Brilliant for getting around Milan, 5 minutes from metro and centrale train station and buses to airports. Hotel staff are lovely, rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The hotel had very good facilities and was pleasing and in location where it is easy to get to the city centre. With one of our group being a child with severe #foodallergy to multiple foods; we have had avaryong experiences before. We let this hotel know via eamil, were asked to confirm this at check-in and staff (both Reception and catering) were well-informed, seemed to have procedures in place and were able to make in-hotel dining and room-service as safe as possible (ie, reduced risks). ...

The hotel is well sign posted. There is an underground garage (7 Euros a day) which has electric charging points. There are free parking spaces nearby but as we needed charges we used the car park The rooms were well equipped with very comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge. Great hotel , nice design and spacious room It’s got everything I need and just 8 mins to station and a few stops to Duomo area . Only downside is there isn’t much in terms of F&B at the doorstep but it may not be important to everyone
