"Chez Zig Zag did not disappoint! Adorable cottage with lots of amenities. We loved enjoying a cocktail in the dome and watching the sunset over the water after a long day of hiking in Olympic. Brent and Amy were very hospitable and had great recommendations! The chickens and free eggs were a pleasant bonus! Will definitely stay here again if I visit this area in the future"

Two of the units (Lodge and Meadow) have a view of the water and very nice decks. The property has a nice hot tub and fire pit. Unfortunately, we were in the Forest unit. "With all my boys hitting 18 or older, it’s been harder to find something exciting and new to do for all their birthdays that fall within two weeks of each other. We have always loved visiting Sequim and the animal game farm. I was happily surprised to learn of this festive and unique castle that was full of all the fun amenities like costumes, decor, medieval type dishes, furniture, etc. It was really fun. "This lodge is such a relic from the past which adds to the serene landscape right out your room window. Unbelievable older retro rooms in the best condition than I could imagine, being the age of the motel and PNW moisture. It’s like stepping back in time and leaving the busy world in which we live in hundreds of years away.
