The property is probably 50 to 60 years old, so this is the "feel" of the place. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom clean and tidy (plenty of hot water for showering in the small (24"x24") shower stall.) It was nice waking up to the seagulls in the morning. I found the downtown area to be charming but busy by 10:00 am in season. Our room on the second floor had a metal handrail right inside the door as there was an elevation change in the flooring.
