The “courtyard” view is a joke. Literally looking into 20 rooms across the courtyard. Being a Expedia gold member you get no perks here.

The stay in general was excellent. The room was awesome. The staff super nice, and very helpful. I gotta say the only thing I didn't like was the hotel fees that I wasn't even told about until I got the bill on my credit card and had to call the hotel and ask why I was getting charged almost 200$ even though the hotel was already paid for in advance. Come to find out there's a hidden fee nobody said anything about. Was a bit disappointed 😞

The towels and linen sheets were hard and scratchy. Area was felt unsafe. Loud obnoxious people right outside our window. Bottom floor even though made reservations months ago.
