Swastiastu! Everything was top notch - the food, the people, the hospitality and the ambience. The spa was superb and the daily Balinese activities a fun way to learn some culture. The live performances especially were a standout. The whole resort is a mesh between traditional Balinese design with batiks, the Ramayana love story, and contemporary elements. We recommend wholeheartedly without hesitation.

Me and my Girlfriend stayed here for 3 weeks and it was amazing. Staff were super friendly and helpful and cleaned our room every time we left. They also regularly maintained the site ensuring it was super clean.

Having travelled to over 10 countries, Raffles Jakarta was easily the best hotel I have stayed in. The hotel itself was spacious and well designed. The highlight was how friendly and helpful the staff were. They went beyond the usual pleasantries and actually wanted to have proper conversations, showing genuine interest. Would happily return the next time I am in Jakarta.

We stayed for 3 nights in mid-October during a 12 day Bali holiday and this was by far the nicest of the 4 hotels we stayed in. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the hotel had a lovely peaceful air to it. Situated parallel to the main Monkey Forest road it's about a 10 min walk to get to the Ubud hustle and bustle (a regular shuttle bus is provided too), but from an unassuming entrance you enter an oasis on the edge of the forest. Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

Could not speak more highly of our stay at this resort - from the moment we got out of our cab and were greeted by all the friendly staff, Meta was amazing, she helped us with a smooth check in and welcome drinks, our room was breathtaking, the plunge pool was the icing on the cake! The resort facilities were amazing, from the floating bars to the spa options, the ultimate hub for a couple searching for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Canggu! We will most definitely be visiting here again...

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

This place has one of the best private pool villa for the given price. Although the road to the property is very poor and there is nothing scenic outside but inside the property it's like being in a beautiful rainforest. Great hotel in a great location. Every single staff member went out of their way to help us. The restaurant was amazing, with breakfast definitely worth the money. Amenities were all great, felt very safe and looked after our whole stay.

The Bandha is a beautiful hotel with extremely friendly staff and excellent facilities. However, that being said, I think we were quite unlucky with two issues. Firstly, our flight from the UK landed at 3pm and after arriving at the hotel at 5pm we were told that our room would not be ready until 8pm. Very high quality hotel, in a good location with helpful staff

It is in a quiet location. Rooms are clean, spacious and aircon is really effective. Good place down the road to get laundry done. Lots of good eateries around. The gym was small but useful. The pool area was great. I didn't eat at hotel. Hotel is not far from Desa Potato Heads, so there are lots of activities there you can do. The Forge Sports Bar is a good gastro pub within walking distance. Very good value for money and the staff are so nice.

My childrens love it. They are very happy to play on the beach pool. And standing on the glass floor at the 18th where we can see everything on the ground.

From the moment we arrived to our departure the service at this hotel was excellent. We cannot praise the staff, cleanliness, comfort & general experience enough. Fantastic, beautiful luxury five star hotel. We had a fabulous holiday and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Seminyak. See you in 2016
