Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days.

Definitely worst experience in years. The one staff i met was nice but she couldn't do anything for my situations. Sent a complaint email to the property group but no response. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my stay. The property looks good in pictures but not in reality. Firstly, the public shower (only shower facility in the villa) lacks privacy due to the adjacent building, making the experience uncomfortable and inconvenient. Secondly, the jacuzzi's hygiene was unsatisfactory, with visible dirt and neglect. This not only compromised the promised amenities but also raised concerns about cleanliness standards. Furthermore, I observed a safety hazard concerning the power plugs in the accommodation. All of them appeared cracked, posing a risk to guests. This issue requires urgent attention to ensure the safety of everyone staying on the premises. Lastly, the presence of cattle near the accommodation emitted a persistent unpleasant odor, diminishing the overall experience. Addressing this concern is essential for the well-being and comfort of guests. I left the villa 30 mins later without using any facility or touching the bed. Complained to EXP but couldnt help. May use another platform to book next time coz they were able to help in a similar situation previously. To sum up, look somewhere else.

Very nice stay, rooms layout is a little awkward and the hot water runs out fast so hottub can run cold but overall a good stay.

Beautiful villa and friendly staff

We booked 2 bedroom villa.The size of the villa is not big but I find the size is just nice for family of 4. Total of 3 toilets in the villa. One at level 1 and two at level 2. Private pool, jacuzzi, kitchen and 1st bedroom at level 1, living hall, 2nd bedroom and two shower room at level 2. The swing above the pool is so cozy. You may also rent a beautiful float at additional charges. We love it. If you wish to have breakfast in the pool, rent a floating tray. We end up did not have our breakfast in the water as the water pretty cool in the morning. You may pre select your breakfast and timing, it will be served to your villa. Overall it's a beautiful villa with friendly staff.

Lovely staffs. They welcome us with coconut with my name on it. It’s so unique and feel special. My room was so beautiful,clean and romantic environment. I would love to stay again if I go to Bali next time.

Need to improve on the breakfast menu. The breakfast options are less. The villa is right in the middle of Legian. Easy access to restaurants if you want to have food outside.

Ini Vie Villa was amazing! My husband and I went for our honeymoon and it truly was a wonderful experience. The moment we walked in, they welcomed us with a fresh coconut to drink and our room was tailored to a honeymoon experience ( unexpected and for free). The villa was very clean and the pool was amazing. At the end of our stay they gave us a small pardon gift and a picture of our wonderful experience. I would truly recommend this place!

Amazing stay, superior villa

The villa is amazing. Its beautiful and fella very private. The staff was excellent. Their food is alao of the highest quality. We were served breakfast everyday in our room. Very close to shops and the nightlife

Comfortable villa.

The staff are very welcoming when we arrived. We didnt have to wait that long for our room. Our one bedroom villa is cozy and nice. Really like the hammock and swing. Jacuzzi was a tad dirty but its ok since we didnt use it.The amenities in the room were great. Loved the tv channels. Plenty of it. The microwave. 2 sinks in the bathroom so we dont have to argue over one. Haha. The bed was super comfy. Wish it was a king instead of a queen bed. Some of the things that i dont really like is the villas are spaced too near to each other thus privacy was a bit down there. U could pretty much hear or be heard. And they dont accept cash, only credit card for everything that we ordered or take from the fridge. Basically, thats abt it. Overall, i am satisfied with my stay. Will come again.

Worth the stay!!

There's nothing to complain about this villa. Everything is great and their service is superb! Plenty of choices from the breakfast menu! Love the soft pillow that welcomes me back after a long day of having fun exploring Bali!

Very nice villa... don't be put off by it not being too close to the beach it is really a 15 min walk or shuttle fromvilla ... romantic touches added to your room ... could use a bit of tlc in some areas like spa ... overall staff are friendly and try to help you as much as possible ... would stay again
