"Hotel room was nice and fitted our needs as a family of 4 however, the fridge did not work and despite a tech coming to our room and saying he fixed it, it never worked. Which meant we had to keep going back to reception for ice for our daughter’s medication. There was also a large rain storm that started a leak in our room near the window, that was closed & in the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and a nice roof top deck and kids play area in the lobby "

"We had our lights go out of our room, so they moved us to a different room. It was an upgrade which was nice but didn’t have any water pressure when using the hot water. We made due but it would have been nice to have. There were towel warmers in the bathrooms which was definitely one of the perks in my opinion. "We had a wonderful time staying at Appart'City Confort Paris Clichy Mairie. We had our six month old daughter with us and the apartment included a separate bedroom so she could go to sleep while we relaxed in the lounge in the apartment, a high chair, a kitchen, great air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom, a comfy bed and great shower. "Very clean and quiet hotel, I liked that there were a lot of options with great local restaurants nearby- pizza, sushi, bakery, burgers, all right outside of the hotel. There is also a very nice supermarket 1 min walk distance, with a lot of options for food including premade ones you can reheat in the lobby the microwave. The whole area is very safe and nice, I'd rate more than 10 stars. Staff was very nice too, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay again. "

10/10 Excellent

"We attended a concert at the Paris la Défense arena and chose the Okko hotel as it was a 10 minute stroll away . The hotel is excellent staff were great checking in was easy . Rooms are fantastically clean smallish but modern decoration with a low but extremely comfortable bed concrete ceiling and quirky furniture. Club lounge with free snacks coffee juices all day . Breakfast was great with pastries ,meat eggs ,bread ,fruit plentiful. Great stay for a gig or event ."

"Convenient location to metro and stadium. Excellent, welcoming staff. Room was small but very clean and comfortable, including the beds - great for a couple of nights or those who don’t hang out in their rooms much. iPad conveniently controlled everything in the room - blinds, lights, TV. Nice breakfast. Wonderful, spacious and inviting common space on the 1st floor. My only wishes were: 1) the room to include music options, 2) the AC to work better. We had it set to high and the coldest temperature which should’ve been 64.5 degrees F; the actual temperature was closer to 70-72. Other than the AC, the stay was great and I’d stay again. "
