Our stay was luvly, right qhere we wanted to be very cl8se to the beach, rooms very comfortable and clean.Rosemary and David are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are brilliant, we had something different each day and no complaints from us and the warm lemon drizzle cake was divine.

We were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were, every single one of them , I would highly recommend here and will definitely return , food is amazing , so much choice and large portions , we absolutely loved it .

The hotel is easy accessible via the eighth floor of the adjoining car park, which takes you straight into the hotel reception. The hotel is very clean and stylish, however we wasn’t aware that it was very high up. We was on the 16th floor and my son was very scared to look out of the bedroom window or go into the lift. Had a lovely Halloween stay in Burley, such a great location in the New Forest. Really appreciated the friendly staff, lovely welcoming bar, and the superb Halloween decorations which really set the scene and mood.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.

I have to say, this was a perfect stay. Single traveller. From arrival to departure, the staff and service were faultless The cabines are super. The attention to detail very good indeed. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and contactable at all times, the accommodation was clean and very comfortable, everything we needed was in the room. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast whether hot or cold and all hot food was cooked to order. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay again.

We were made very welcome & given ideas for where to eat and the best way into town as it was about 15 mins walk. We were able to leave the car outside with a permits given to us.
