"Being travelling a lot, Hotel SOMA has exceptional services that was really impressive. EVERYONE at the property are super nice, friendly and what makes them stand out is the Proactiveness to offer help! 1. Initiate to offer me the ice gripper: not expecting the heavy snow, with a pair of running shoes become ultra challenge. The young check-in lady taught me to put this on, so I can enjoy Nuuk on the walk. 2. Extra walk to help drop my post card at post office. They have been very responsible to check for international mailing fees and offer the best support for us. 3. Nice stay at the lounge while waiting for the late flight. The lounge is very comfy, quiet, with electric plugs to “feed” my phone. For sure, whenever I go back to Nuuk, I will stay at Hotel SOMA! "

"Dejligt ophold og rigtig venlig med at fixe 2 dages aflysning, venlig, rolige og tryg sted. Når nu I vælgere at spørge, tillader jeg mig også at komme med det ikke så positive. Til at det er det dyreste værelse jeg har haft i mange år, er der ikke helt lighed mellem pris og standarten. På værelse 24 er der næsten ingen internet - måtte sætte mig op i kantinen for at arbejde. Jeg er med på at alle kan ikke have den bedste udsigt, men til den pris, ville det være passende med anden en at kunne kikke ud på en skrant. At der ikke er mørklægningsgardiner, hjælper ikke på oplevelsen. Tror ikke der er andre hoteller i Grønland, uden det. Begge dage forsøgte jeg at købe dagens ret - for at undgå grillmad, men uden held. Kl 18.00 er åbenbart for sent. Jeg er sikker på at når I er færdig med den nye tilbygning, så får I et virkelig lækkert sted, men lige nu er det som at gå på en byggeplads. Er med på at det ikke kan være anderledes. En opsummering - Jeg syntes ikke pris og kvalitet passer sammen, men jeg nød opholdet hos jer, og vil gerne anbefale jer, når engang i er færdig med tilbygningen. "

"A fabulous hostel in Nuuk. Modern, spacious, very clean and with everything one would need. Its only 5 minutes in taxi from the airport, but 10-15 mins into city centre by car, so if you have a car its really easy. If not there is a bus stop about 5 mins walk (which I didn't do), or a taxi fare one way was DKK86. Phone owners on arrivaL (phone number is on the front door to building) and they will come over. Or, let them know arrival time and they can be there. Really lovely, helpful people. I highly recommend this property."
