We were at the front desk at 10:05 (checkout is 10:00) and were berated for being late, and told they would now no longer honer the free transfer to the airport. Also, the breakfast bar is weak. Hotel Arctic is much more affordable, has better views, and a much better breakfast bar. Und Grönländischer Kaffee. Dejlig mad, men meget lille menukort, et problem når man border 10 dage. Rengøringen var sjusket og mangelfuld. Hjælpsomt servicepersonale.
