Oh my goodness, myself and my husband cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is pure perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the food, ambiance and hotel/room was more than perfect. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

Central location. Nice staff. Very nice breakfast. Pleasant roof terrace swimming pool. A place of character and comfort.

Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

Suitable for small family units with young children. Sounds snooty to say but no riffraff here- everyone is well turned out in tailored shorts/summer dresses etc. Not many tats, football tops, or larger drinking 'here mate' riffraff. The parents appear middle class hard working- podgy dads with trophy wives and the kids are called Emily, charlotte, Henry, Sebastian etc. (I laughed at the pool). Was costly, but then you pay for quality and this facility has all you need for a great family holiday...

Super hotel, easy access to beach. Well maintained to a high standard.

Great hotel in a residential rather than tourist area within easy walking distance of the historic town. The hotel itself is within the Ria Shopping Centre on the 2nd floor with lift access and is very modern and clean. Good breakfast and free hot drinks available throughout the day. Would recommend.

This is a lovely resort, well kept and plenty facilities for all. The resort has a traditional feel to it because of the décor. All staff were very attentive and friendly throughout the hotel.

We stayed for 7 days at Vila Petra in January and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located at the less busy end of the Strip and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant. The check-in was effortless and quick, and the email communication before arrival was helpful. The room was good in size with two single beds put together, a sofa (which could be changed to a sofa bed), a dining table with chairs, a separate well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. This was our first time in Portugal. After two days of research I booked this hotel as it looked amazing. We entered the resort we were blown away by how amazing the scenery was. We carried on driving towards the Ocean suites and I was really happy I booked this hotel. It looked beautiful. The hotel has a fantastic location, next to the nature reserve and the beach. The view from our balcony was amazing. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Loungers and towels were provided at the beach which is a real bonus and only a few minutes walk. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, we will definitely be back.

Our 2nd visit to Pine cliffs, first was in 2014, a lot has changed with some additions to the resort, but the same amazing service remains. The recpetion staff were so helpful, as were the restaurants in catering to our dietry requirements. A lovely short break that's was just perfect!

Amazing resort with even better staff, made me and my wife feel extremely well looked after. Receptionist able to deal with any requests and always with a smile no problem to big or small for the VDL staff. The resort it's self is beautiful with only a short walk to the beach where an abundance of fabulous restaurants and the resorts pool facilities. Evening time was even better with live music playing every night and wonderful food. The internal resort shuttle one of the best ways to get around...

The facilities at the hotel matched the description, staff were very helpful , food perfect and plentiful. The location was perfect with a short walk into the town for shopping and evening meals. Would definitely return.

Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic facilities, the pool/slide area is great. Never been all inclusive previously but stayed for 4 nights of a 14 night trip and found the food selection varied and a great quality. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfy bed. It was a great place to take a young child before moving on to an apartment. Staff were really helpful 😀 hotel was lovely and were it was situated was great too, 2 min walk to albuferia shopping mall. 10 min walk to the beautiful beach 😊and in the middle of the strip and also the old town which is close to the beach as well. The old town is a very relaxed and chilled out place to go it is a beautiful town with lots of places to eat a good place to chill out. So all in all a great holiday would definitely go back to this hotel 😃
