Super hotel, easy access to beach. Well maintained to a high standard.

Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

The bedroom, the service, the food and the beach are all exceptionally wonderful. Can't wait to go back!

I wasn't in the Algarve for sunbathing but sightseeing. This economy hotel is central to the town/train station so was great for exploring the area by public transport. The room was small but spotless and the staff helpful and friendly - my offseason rate was a bargain!

Perfect except Expedia let us down paid for transfer airport to hotel and return did not get the service still ongoing

This is a lovely resort, well kept and plenty facilities for all. The resort has a traditional feel to it because of the décor. All staff were very attentive and friendly throughout the hotel.

Suitable for small family units with young children. Sounds snooty to say but no riffraff here- everyone is well turned out in tailored shorts/summer dresses etc. Not many tats, football tops, or larger drinking 'here mate' riffraff. The parents appear middle class hard working- podgy dads with trophy wives and the kids are called Emily, charlotte, Henry, Sebastian etc. (I laughed at the pool). Was costly, but then you pay for quality and this facility has all you need for a great family holiday...

We stayed for 7 days at Vila Petra in January and overall it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is located at the less busy end of the Strip and the surroundings are quiet and pleasant. The check-in was effortless and quick, and the email communication before arrival was helpful. Beautiful modern hotel with fantastic facilities, the pool/slide area is great. Never been all inclusive previously but stayed for 4 nights of a 14 night trip and found the food selection varied and a great quality. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This was our first time in Portugal. After two days of research I booked this hotel as it looked amazing. We entered the resort we were blown away by how amazing the scenery was. We carried on driving towards the Ocean suites and I was really happy I booked this hotel. It looked beautiful. Staff were really helpful 😀 hotel was lovely and were it was situated was great too, 2 min walk to albuferia shopping mall. 10 min walk to the beautiful beach 😊and in the middle of the strip and also the old town which is close to the beach as well. The old town is a very relaxed and chilled out place to go it is a beautiful town with lots of places to eat a good place to chill out. So all in all a great holiday would definitely go back to this hotel 😃

Our 2nd visit to Pine cliffs, first was in 2014, a lot has changed with some additions to the resort, but the same amazing service remains. The recpetion staff were so helpful, as were the restaurants in catering to our dietry requirements. A lovely short break that's was just perfect!

This is our 2nd stay at Balaia and it's just perfect ! The grounds are beautifully maintained and everywhere is spotless. The pools are lovely and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. Staff on arrival are helpful and if you've sent any specific requirements beforehand, they do their utmost to help you. Everything as expected. Superb. Sea view. Max the main man looked after us at all times. The service was exceptional.

Hotel in a perfect location adjacent to Oura Beach & near to, but not uncomfortably close to the nearby entertainment area (The strip). Hotel is clean, with well kept grounds & helpful staff. Try the nearby Calipto restaurant, in appearance it looks unremarkable, but the fish & meat dishes are freshly prepared & extremely tasty & extremely good value (€20 - €24 for 2 meals & drinks); we eat here most days.

I enjoyed my stay at Kiss Apartamentos. The three things I look for in a hotel room are: is it clean, the room was clean. Does everything work, thankfully everything worked - the kettle, the fridge, the cooker etc and is it safe, as a solo female I felt safe staying there. Also Carla is very friendly and helpful

I don't usually write reviews, but this time I think it's worth it. The location is perfect - 3min. to the beach! The staff were so understanding, friendly and helpful from the second we arrived till the moment we left. The room itself was simply a dream come true - I just wish I could have stayed there permanently.
