The staff was friendly and the rooms were kept very clean every day! The area was quiet but still close to everything. By car it only takes 5 minutes to the nice beach of St Eulalia and to the old town of Albufeira.

This was our first trip to Portugal. I would definitely recommend Vila Petra for adults and families. Immaculately clean, well maintained, quiet (expecially in the annex buildings) with excellent staff everywhere. It has gained it's star rating honestly and would not disappoint anyone.

Easy check in and check out. Pleasant and accommodating staff. The property and room were clean and comfortable. Several food options at the hotel as there aren’t many restaurants around the area unless you walk to the strip. Aldi’s grocery store close. Uber and taxis made it easy to get around but we walked around town and the beach for the most part. All in all a great stay for the price.

Really lovely apartment. Location: Close enough to walk to the busy part of Albuferia, but far enough away to not hear it! 20 min gentle walk to the beach. 45 min walk to The Old Town. Food and drink: restaurant was beautiful, but very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Uber’s are ridiculously cheap and always available.

Hotel was great. Didn’t use all of the facilities or entertainment as we were out and about most of the time. Entertainment area was busy but relaxing in the evening. Pool is excellent and no bother getting a sunlounger. Spacious rooms and good air con! 300 euro or pounds cash security deposit for groups. We didn’t have to pay it though - be mindful you might be asked to if a few of you check in together.

Location was ok to the new town. Property quite nice, a little dated but very functional. Had a one bedroom which was great. Very bright and roomy. Only complaint was the quality of the beds. Only offer two twin beds and were not comfortable for two adults. Probably ok for children.

Loved the room. Full kitchen. With Aldi nearby we were able to have several meals in the room. This hotel very much had a cruise feel. Tons of kids and activities. Great if you have kids. If not, the noise from the pool area wasn’t great - started early and went late. If you dont want a very noisy room maybe request one that faces the street.

Lovely hotel, perfect with the two swimming pools especially if you have children. Staff are lovely and helpful. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and approx 10 to the strip area. Shops very close by. Hotel very clean and studio apartments are great for babies. I would recommend this property.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating as we were a big group. We were impressed with the facilities and it was perfect for a large family gathering of all ages. Despite it being July, it was busy but we did not have to wait as it was well staffed and a large space. A little noisy outside at times as there were groups going to the nightspot (Strip)
