Arrived on Friday 3rd November and greeted by excellent weather for the time of year and was greeted by Geoff the owner who was suprised to see who was arriving as we had previously visited and stayed at the bed and breakfast under a different name in August where my wife and I spent our honeymoon. On both this and the other two times that we have had the pleasure of staying at this bed and breakfast Geoff, Chris and their staff have always been very polite, extremely helpful with a good...

Welcoming from the start with a pot of tea on arrival. Beautiful decor with homely feeling. Room and bed very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious - and all locally sourced where possible. Convenient for the town but need a car really to get down to the promenade. With ample street and some off road parking this wasn't an issue. Free wi-fi a bonus. Would definitely return.

Our weekend was set for some truffle hunting and we chose Munden House as our base. We were given the Dairy cottage which was warm and cute. Although we didn't make as much use of the place as we'd like to have, it was wonderfully cosy. The bedding was perfect for a luxury sleep. And the couple that run the hotel are charming and delightful to chat to. Highly recommended.

Great pub with rooms. Food fantastic

I liked everything about the property, there wasnt anything i didnt like..

Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

A 5 star stay at a 4 star property. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the ambience of the Nici Hotel. From the valet parking, check in and restaurant staff, everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much and everyone was professional. The property itself is stunning (especially the pool and dining areas) and our room was the perfect size (get one facing the sea, so worth it). Highly recommend the afternoon tea and continental breakfast (all fresh and...

Considered loop walk based in Litton, Somerset. Large car park at inn close to quaint village of Litton. Great welcome by Ben and George. Upgrade room and tour. Noticed thoughtful inclusion of easy access room and adjoining carer's room. Cosy inn outside and in. Chilled front patio and rear deck area by stream. Blankets supplied! Dinner and breakfast good. Staff keen to help in all aspects. Cheers!

The decision to provide a stunningly appointed shared lounge/kitchen rather than a fourth bedroom speaks volumes about the proprietors philosophy of providing a truly memorably enjoyable experience for guests.

Had a great stay, room 1 was fantastic. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and a sofa was a bonus. Great bath, one thing to note may be the addition of a shower curtain, we managed to soak the floor every time we used it. Water and orange juice was a nice touch and filtered coffee was tasty. We did feel the stairs were very deep and the additional of another hand rail may be something to consider. Lovely dark room and we slept so well. Breakfast was great, nice to see all local and home grown...

I have stayed here a few times now and each time has been very good. Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, breakfast is spot on and the evening meals are delicious. I have to have a gluten free diet and the Farthings are extremely accommodating. The Farthings is my go to hotel when in Taunton area

Fantastic stay at this hotel. A real gem and the restaurant Jetty is superb. Staff very attentive, always available and courteous. I will be gladly come back.

A lovely house with lots of character in lovely grounds. Maggie and Chris were very hospitable and the breakfasts were very nice with plenty of choice. The only thing I would change would be to forget the lillies. I found the smell overpowering but that’s just my opinion.

We arrived to a very warm welcome with one of the staff carrying and escorting us to our room, through out the stay was excellent as all of the staff were very professional, smartly dressed and the hospitality and very polite people. The room was comfortable and warm, there room staff was very helpful to offering us fresh towels on the next day. We did not stay for any breakfast as we had plenty things to do and explore the New Forest Treasures as we had never been down those necks of the wood...

Little Hotel with a big attitude, everything about our stay was exactly how I wanted it, the owners are a lovely couple and really put 100% into making your stay a memorable one. We only eat breakfast at the Hotel, but if that is anything to go by the food was excellent. The Hotel has a nice comfortable bar with reasonable prices. We will definitely come again

Great rooms, which are separate from the pub / restaurant. Bathroom was very contemporary, with walk in rainfall shower. Would recommend.

We had driven past the George on our way to a further destination in October and decided to have Sunday lunch there on our way back as it looked rather stunning. We had a fantastic Sunday roast. We then decided a Xmas treat was due and we chose to stay the night on the 19th of December. Our expectations were met with overall high standards. Michelle is a great asset to the George Inn, She looked after us superbly on both occasions, she also gave us lots of interesting facts about the George...
