Online check in was super easy but when we needed receptionist assistance we could count on it too. We were celebrating our sons 4th birthday and there was small gift waiting for him on arrival which we found very nice! Restaurant team was lovely. Breakfast choice was excellent and we all found something we liked. We had dinner twice. Pizza was excellent and the waitresses (sadly we didn’t catch their names but we know they are from South America) couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you, we had wonderful time in Copenhagen and you were big part of this!
