"Det är inget hotell, det är ett vandrarhem. Du sköter allt själv, från att du kommer med att hämta ut nycklar, på helgen ska man förbeställa sin frukost som ingår och det fick jag veta på en lapp i frukostmatsalen när jag var där för att äta, det var ingen personal under hela helgen, och efter ett tjat från mig att få frukost 07:30 mötes jag av en otrevlig personal som gick när hon ansåg att hon hade ställt ut allt, fanns inga laktosfria produkter och ingen ost. "Absolutely wonderful ❣️ I chose this B&B because it had a view of Lake Siljan in Vikarbyn Sweden. This area is known for the Midsummer festival, which was very high on my list of things to do whilst in Sweden. It did not disappoint. The evening of the Maypole celebration was just a short walk from the B&B, and our hosts were very involved in the celebration, which made our experience extra special. "I stayed for a week as I was visiting a relative. Breakfast and dinner are available which is perfect. I really hate hunting for food. The staff -reception and restaurant - were friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel is affordable. My only worry is they are doing a huge amount of renovations (which I did not hear) which will probably raise the room rate to an amount I cannot afford again. I can’t imagine what they would be doing to improve the hotel. I thought it was perfect and it’s not...

"There were spiderswebs a lot in the cabin and other insects living in one corner of the cabin. Got help from the staff to remove it, but the insects came back. The floor in the shower were strange to stand on, water beneath? Small tv, the tv-kontroller didnt work. Nice breakfast and staff, nice view and good with parking beside the cabin."
