From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.

We had a town view room but it was still lovely. and the room was nice and bright.The breakfast was very rich, enough to fill your eyes. Also a lovely restaurant and bar. The service was very considerate and the staff were fantastic. Also the hotel itself provided excellent arranged day trips all over the island for a small fee, where we were collected from the hotel. If we go back to Iraklion again we will stay at this hotel AGAIN. Within walking distance, or a short bus ride, either a tour...

This hotel is in a very central location in Heraklion, only a 10-minute walk from the heart of the Old Town. It is situated right by the sea with lovely ocean views, and they even included a free breakfast. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

The property is very comfortable and well-located, and the staff Andreas is absolutely amazing, very friendly, and gave us all the information needed during our stay. The bed is great, they offered lots of amenities in the room (air dryer, iron, bathrobe, etc).

Lived up to expectations: George and staff could not do enough for their guests - it was like home from home, very relaxed atmosphere, rooms very clean and spacious, everything you could possibly want. Pool area beautifully kept, clean towels everyday, breakfast selection more than adequate, offered great food for lunch and dinner. It's the first time I been there - went on recommendation. Very enjoyable week and will definitely be going back! Excellent - full complements to George and team.

We were staying for the last night of our holiday wanting a hotel with a direct route to the airport but near the centre of the town for eating out in the evening. All of wishes were met - the hotel staff were very helpful from Reception to the service staff. We arrived early (10.30am) and they were happy for us to stay round the pool, they stored our luggage until our room was ready. Room modern, clean with a fridge, good wifi, breakfast was a buffet with a good mix of food. Would recommend...

Beautiful hotel in a great position in Chania. The room was so comfortable, modern & functional. Lovely staff throughout. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is brand new. Excellently located and has all of the basic amenities you need for your city stay. Parking is nearby, just down the road (€5 a night). We were very pleased with our two night stay. Some of the rooms are quite small and don't have a view at all, but we were there to go to the archeological museum and the Knossos palace before heading to Agios Nicolas so that didn't affect us at all.

Nice stay in the old town. Nice hotel, bit noisy in the mornings tho.

Amazing stay at the Malia Park- only wish it could have been longer. Everything was perfect and we especially loved the special touches they helped with for our honeymoon. Would love to come back (and probably will 😃)

We had an amazing time everything from the transfers to and from the airport to the hotel, to the hotel itself just couldn’t fault anything. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and they were so friendly. This was the first time going all inclusive we couldn’t have chosen a better place the food was so nice and so much choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy the grounds were well maintained. We will be staying here again in the future.

This was the second time we went to this hotel. I can only say that the owners are really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend some quality time.
