"The room was clean, air-conditioned, and had a quite a big and comfortable bed. Great location too, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to check out a bit later than the regular time and was not charged extra. The bathroom was small, but that was a minor issue. Will come back if I visit Heraklion again!"
